eCosmetics has the products I use and can't find on other sites. Appreciate that the items I receive are not "old" or "outdated" - great site and customer service!

Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the confusion with applying your coupon code. Once entered, the new total will be reflected above the checkout button at the bottom of the page. We hope this helps for your next purchase! It appears your package is currently being returned to sender due to a delivery issue. One of our representatives has reached out to you to provide further details. Our customer care representatives are available Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. EST, and from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST on Saturday and Sunday.
