Customer Service is really great… had some issues with my order, and they were very helpful and responsive! Just wish the selection was a bit better… but that’s probably better for my wallet!

Be aware 2-8 days shipping, is“business days,” so could be 12 days if you order end of the week. My item shipped after 9 "normal" days.

I ordered an expensive SkinCeuticals serum and it arrived with the factory round seal sliced and a second clear sticker slapped over the flap. I only caught it because the re-seal was sloppy. With products that are easy to counterfeit and degrade when opened, this is unacceptable. Support offered a refund after I reached out, but this should never have made it past QC. If you want truly sealed stock, buy direct from the brand or an authorized retailer.

In general, I'm not one to give out a full 5 star rating on any on line website order or processing of any kind. Why ? ,, I'm just not all that computer savy at times and when a smallish or moderate problem crops up, it takes an act of Congress to fix or solve the problem,, or a 10 year ,, neither of which I happen to have at my disposal ,,, so ,,, for what took place during this ordering process, the transition went smoothly,, and yes , likely will be back to order more in the future ,,
