Pricing is great depending on availability of brand and product selection.

It has been OVER a week (approaching 2 weeks now), and the 2 bottles i ordered haven’t even shipped. What’s even better is how this company CANCELLED an order i had put in alongside the 2 bottles i had ordered. All were confirmed within minutes of each other. So tell me how a WEEK later i get a notification that my order for one of the fragrances has been cancelled. It was an Allure Homme Sport Superleggera, and i got it during their flash (40% off) sale. The excuse was “we ran out of stock”. Come to my surprise, and i go ahead and see the same bottle being sold for almost DOUBLE the price. Btw, they never ran out of stock of the superleggera. I would know as i had people check the pricing and availability on the fragrance as i thought that this company was selling it at a better price than literally every other retailer. It was obvious that they wanted me to pay the OVER RETAIL price instead of the discounted price (which they’re supposed to honor, btw) that they were selling it at. I received the excuse of “durrrr sometimes the product goes out of stock durrr”. Lies. Complete lies. What a scummy, disgusting, money stealing company. Do NOT deal with ecosmetics, PLEASE. Literally go ANYWHERE else for your fragrances.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment caused by the cancellation of your order. Our inventory system updates frequently, but due to high demand, some items may sell out quickly, especially during sales. While we do our best to reflect real-time availability, there can occasionally be brief windows where stock appears available but sells out before checkout is completed. We understand how the subsequent availability and pricing of the item could have understandably caused additional frustration. We are working to update our website to accurately reflect real-time stock levels, and this item should soon be marked as out of stock. We apologize once more for any inconvenience this has caused. One of our representatives has reached out to you again to ensure this is resolved. Our Customer Care Representatives are also always available via email, chat, or phone Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST, and from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST on Saturday and Sunday.

Old default shipping address popped up. Immediately tried to change. Your customer service basically tough luck. It means I just wasted $90. Label printed. Not picked up by DHL. Lousy customer service. I will Spread the WORD!!

We’re sorry again for the frustration. Although the incorrect address was originally entered on the order, our team was able to update it to the correct shipping address before it left our facility. We’re happy to confirm that your order was delivered August 21st to the address you requested. We appreciate your patience and are glad we were able to get this corrected for you!
