I chose eDirectory because of the features and having several options to customize my site. I left out one star because of the extra costs in hosting, add-ons, service etc that I thought came with the product. Overall, it is one of the pricier options out there, but hopefully the support and service are great enough to get me setup these first 30 days.

Really like the hands on service and zoom calls when shopping for the directory service. All of my questions and needs for this type of service were professionally handled. I think eDirectory is a great platform with a ton of features for any type of directory. I'm very happy to have the product and I anticipate a wonderful experience with all the options offered in the administration dashboard. The product sells itself! It's robust enough to handle even the most complicated setups. Software UI looks very neat, but it is buggy. Live support is only good for answering simple questions. Anything else requires them to escalate it and you will not hear back from them for days or weeks. Presales is amazing. Aftersales is awful. Support is terribly slow and often not solving the issue. Go somewhere else if you need a product that works out of the box.
