Ho fatto il periodo di prova gratuito mi sono trovato benissimo; preciso che acconsentendo al periodo di prova automaticamente si attiva il servizio a pagamento per l'utilizzo futuro; sono stato prontamente rimborsato dell'importo di €18.30 come quota mensile dal secondo mese perchè ne ho fatto un uso saltuario; ho avuto un supporto eccezionale sono stati gentilissimi e ho comunicato con messanger.

Lyra was the best customer service rep I have ever had the honor of dealing with. Not only was the efax service much better than I expected, it was 100x more easily to use then a traditional fax machine. I should know I work in an office! Would I recommend the service to friends and family? YES!
