Servizio ASSOLUTAMENTE DA EVITARE. Una volta fornita la carta di credito non si riesce più a disdire. Ai numeri forniti sul sito per contatto risponde solo la segreteria. Compratevi un fax piuttosto. O usate i piccioni viaggiatori. Ti mandano email dicendo di accedere per gestire il tuo account, ma dall'area privata NON E' ASSOLUTAMENTE POSSIBILE CANCELLARE NIENTE. Mi hanno RUBATO 36,60 euro: zero fax mandati e zero fax ricevuti. EVITARE COME LA PESTE. Aggiornamento del 17/01/2020 Sono stato contattato dalla gentilissima Sig.ra Anna del customer service che ha provveduto a disattivare il mio account e a rimborsare l'importo che mi era stato addebitato. Quindi, sotto questo punto di vista eFax si merita un plauso e i miei complimenti. Ribadisco la gentilezza della Sig.ra Anna che si è fatta in 4 per soddisfare le mie richieste. Alla fine dalla propria area riservata non si può disdire l'abbonamento, ma è sufficiente contattare il customer service e chiedere a loro di farlo. 5 stelle al cutomer service

We are just a new customer at eFax and thanks to the help of the customer service advisor, everything now works perfectly. I can only say: Throw your old faxmachine away and start faxing with eFax !!
