Megha is a valuable employee
Megha is a valuable employee. She was so helpful to me with my concern. I have had Efax for a very long time and it was not recognizing my password. Anyway, she helped me and stayed with me to make sure that the fax went through. Appreciate her help.

Personal Service with a real person with little wait time!
This was a service we needed to solve an issue, it worked well. Most of all I have to say their customer support is OUTSTANDING. I was skeptical of this service because somethings are not as promised. it is truly a cancel at anytime policy with real people to help you through any issues!! Today's customer service rep Marianja was outstanding and solved my issued flawlessly and easily.

Outgoing Fax Issue
Minh was responsive and asked questions. Worked on my situation right away. Turned out that it took about 1 hour for my fax to go through. Not a technical issue at all.

I talked to 2 people first one was horrible had an attitude second person was perfect solved my issues in like 2 mins think her name was Elizabeth
