I spoke to three people
I spoke to three people. One in Canada, John, so rude it was unbelievable. I would fire him in a heartbeat. Then I called CA and spoke to a woman, whom was as rude as John and hung up on me. Neither could confirm any information about the fax. To whom, what was the number, where or what state, NOTHING. Then I spoke to Russ, what a difference. It was too bad that I had to make three calls to get a lucid person. Russ fixed the issue and confirmed that no fax was made- there wasn't any confirmation of who, what, where and when! He was a gentleman, not just because he solved the issue, but because he knew how to speak clearly. calmly and we even had some things in common. He should train the other two people and let them listen to the calls. I was a CSR for many companies. My calls were happy and were solved in a one touch method like Russ. Thank him again for me and let the others know if not corrected they should be let go from their position. Regards, Linda J Grad

I had to change a few things with my service and the answers were better through the agent Minh than the website, They took a lot of time to help me and answer each question and solve each issue. Pure customer service :)

easy and smooth
1. After many prompts i did reach a human being. Was grateful for that. 2. The human took care of my request easily as I asked for a refund for a charge that appeared on my credit card and also wanted to close the account since i no longer needed the service.

I had a very bad experience with the first customer service person- GLazia C. She told me "Happy Holidays" after refusing to refund my account and my telling her that My husband lost his job yesterday. I connected again with Russ who was very quick to help me resolve the issue and respectful.
