Customer Service is a joke. The recorded message says "Experiencing an unusually high call volume . . . . " Of course what they don't say is the truth, "Our customer service us understaffed and shoddy." I gave up after 35 minutes.

I bought an Ego mower 2 weeks ago along with a a trimmer/blower combo and I have a question regarding an issue with either the battery or the charger. I have called several times and on two occasions I left my call back number per their suggestion. They have yet to call me back. I get that it's a tough environment when it comes to finding folks who want to work and thus you are possibly short staffed, but how many days before I get a call back? How do you folks stay in business with such poor customer service? Never again will I buy any Ego products.

Should be zero! Bought a string trimmer a year ago. Power load advance button stopped working. Called twice and put on hold for eternity. Left call back number, no response. Don’t BUY their product!

I have called EGO customer support on 5 different occasions. Each time I was on hold for over 25 mins before I hung up. One time I waited for 52 mins just as a test to see if they really would answer. Before I hung up on 2 of those calls, I hit 0 to leave a message. No response. On 3 of those calls I hit 1 to leave my phone number & customer service was supposed to call me back. Once again…NO response. This has been going on all week. It’s completely ridiculous & my tool is broken & I am left with no support for a product I have only owned for 4 months. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER EGO PRODUCT AGAIN.

I bought a new ego mower for about $550.00 I used it 6 times and the self propel went out. I took it to the shop Ego told me to and its now been 3 months the shops had my mower. The shop states Ego wont send one part. As I write this I'm on hold for Ego customer support, the lady asked my name and placed me on hold, I've been holding 18 minutes and I have no clue what she is doing. Did you hear me? It's been 3 months they've had my mower. This is the worst customer experience I've ever had and they don't seen to care at all. Still on hold.

I bought one of the top of the line mowers, with the 56v battery pack and after 105 days the battery will no longer last more than 15 minutes before getting too hot and shutting down. EGO does not seem to be able to send another battery either, so I’m stuck paying someone to mow my yard once a week. I bought it at Loews, and if the battery had gone bad before 90 days, They would have taken it back
