Hello Asmita, Thank you for sharing your experience, and we're sorry to hear about the delays you've faced. We understand how frustrating slow load times can be, especially during critical moments. In many cases, performance issues are related to the optimization of WordPress themes or plugins. While we do our best to provide a stable and fast hosting environment, such issues often require optimization at the website level. That said, we’re always here to help—if needed, we can also explore moving your site to a higher-performance server. Please feel free to reach out directly, and we’ll do everything we can to support you.

Thank you for your review. We understand your concern, and we’d like to clarify that PayPal displays the final amount—including any applicable fees—before you complete the payment. That said, we’ll look into how we can better highlight this during checkout to avoid any surprises. If you have further questions or need help, our support team is here for you anytime.
