Sharon was the absolute best! She was able to get me exactly what I needed in one call in minutes. Prior years experienced many transfers and days of finding help in receiving reports. She did not give up and ensured the mission was accomplished!

Ms. Kalen Morris took extra care and help me get my credit card machine up and running. I’m so grateful for Health and understanding getting it going again.

I spoke with 2 people before I reached Patty. She was very helpful and answered my questions and helped me with getting correct information.

Shanique is amazing! She went above and beyond to help me and my situation. It may be another similar case, but as customer who is frustrated and worried on the other side of the phone, she was like an angel to keep me calm and stay positive to get over the situation. I wish her the best and keep helping people like myself, becuase Shanique is the one who can save someone's rough day!

I needed help today with my sales receipts and Kalan Morris helped me. She was so thorough, so patient and so kind . I am so grateful that Elavon hires good employees like her. Thank you so much Elavon!

Customer service was great!!

Diane Trosper customer service representative did everything in her power to help with my problems. Although she could not resolve the issues, she was very pleasant and went above and beyond. Evalon as a whole has been a completely miserable experience. I have lost a total of $700 due to previous customer service representatives. My sales rep Joyce Reynolds is awful. She is rude and doesn't seem to care that I have been a customer for over 10 years. The replacement credit card terminal that you sold to me after mine is out of date is not made anymore. So how long will this one last. At least Diane Trosper made me feel valuable and important!!!!!
