I highly recommend Jared Dennis the consultant at Evon Credit Company for his outstanding service, professionalism, and dedication. Over the past several weeks, he has gone above and beyond to help me resolve credit-related issues, obtain a new machine, and learn how to operate it. Getting a long overdue credit. This is what every customer service call should be. The rep was friendly, professional and listened. She was patient while I had to type information into the system and stayed on the phone until the problem was solved. Thank you for showing me true customer service still exists!

This representative spent 1 hour and 21 minutes with me making sure everything was perfect with an extremely confusing and convoluted setup for our most recent MID for our business. She got everything fixed and money released from fraud department after finding the issue from initial setup. Wonderful customer service!
