VAE Eleglide step Thru à bannir !
Nous avons acheté 2 VAE Eleglide step thru au mois de mai 2023. Dès les premiers kilomètres nous avons crevé 7 fois. Problème de jantes qui coupent les chambres à air. J'ai effectué des modifications pour résoudre le problème mais ensuite une batterie a lâché. J'ai effectué une réclamation et reçu une nouvelle batterie qui a fonctionné 30 km avant de se couper. Je suis de nouveau sans VAE. Ces vélos Chinois sont une catastrophe. Pas chers mais à eviter !!!

Purtroppo dopo 3 utilizzi il monitor…
Purtroppo dopo 3 utilizzi il monitor della bici non si accende più nonostante batteria carica è aver fatto tutti i controlli possibili; mi trovo in vacanza e mi sta creando disagi; potevo capire se il problema si fosse presentato dopo almeno un anno ; ma così è inaccettabile!!! Eleglide non viene incontro per niente

SCAM SCAM SCAM!! AVOID
I never received my bike, they told me they sent a refund but I haven’t got any money back. They stopped replying to all emails.
