Regarding the odor you mentioned, due to the packaging and enclosed shipping conditions, there may sometimes be a temporary smell. This usually fades after a few days when the items are placed in a well-ventilated area. That said, we truly appreciate your feedback and will continue improving in this aspect. We always strive to ensure that every detail closely resembles the original version. However, I sincerely apologize that the items did not meet your expectations in terms of quality and packaging. The reason we offered you a complimentary replacement item (valued up to $459) is because we genuinely want you to have a better experience and feel satisfied with your purchase, while also helping you avoid the inconvenience and high cost of returning the original item. Regarding the $150 fee, this is intended to partially cover shipping and taxes.
