ElevanoReviews of elevano.com

My Experience with Elevano I would highly recommend Elevano. They worked with us to recruit a Head of Engineering, and throughout the process, I truly felt like they were partners in the search. They took the time to understand our specific needs, priorities, and wish list for the role. We were looking for a very particular profile, and they consistently brought us strong candidates who genuinely matched what we were looking for. They also put in the time and effort to proactively reach out to the right people, and I was very happy with both the process and the results. Overall, they’re great guys to work with - responsive, thoughtful, and committed to finding the right fit. I had a great experience with Elevano and hope to work with them again in the future.

I received a cold email on an address that I have never used for professional correspondence. I don't know where he got that contact info, but I consider it private, and I don't appreciate the intrusion into my privacy.

Working with Arash was a great experience from start to finish. His initial outreach stood out immediately, easily the best cold email I’ve ever gotten. It was to the point, had a bit of humor, and actually made me want to respond. Throughout the process, he was communicative, professional, and easy to work with. I always felt informed and supported. I’d gladly recommend Arash and Elevano to anyone looking for their next opportunity.

Their team was highly professional, responsive, and effective in uncovering top-tier talent in a competitive market. They demonstrated a strong understanding of our hiring needs and worked collaboratively to ensure a seamless process. I highly recommend Elevano as an agency that excels in collaboration, filling critical roles, and providing a true partnership in technical recruiting.

Arash is easily the best recruiter I've worked with! He's a very good communicator who understands and respects what interviewers go through when interviewing with multiple companies at the same time. I appreciated his responsiveness, clarity, and flexibility. I would love to work with Elevano again to find my next role!
