ElevanoReviews of elevano.com

Excellent experience with this company, highly recommend! Amir was amazing and worked quickly to get me setup with an interview!

Arash was very responsive and always on top of things. Checked in on me regularly and made sure my time wasn't wasted.

Amir kept me up to date through the entire recruitment and interview process. Even if the initial job we spoke about didn’t work out, he had others lined up for me. He was able to get all of the information I was looking for regarding benefits and role expectations and communicate those back in a clear manner. I would highly recommend working with Amir and his team.

Arash and I got connected through a common friend who worked with him in the past. All the great things my friend said were true. Arash and his team helped us setup healthy recruiting pipelines, source fantastic engineering candidates (specifically for Golang engineers), manage candidates sourced by other recruiting firms, deliver offers, as well as convince multiple candidates to choose to join us when they had multiple competing offers. Their team is very personable, extremely smart, experienced in identifying matches for a variety of technical skills. They are essentially jack of all trades when it comes to recruiting. Looking forward to working with them again in the future.

Arash and Amir were highly recommended by a former colleague of mine when I needed to bring in my company's first data technologist. They did not disappointed; we closed on a high performing candidate in less than a month after engaging with Elevano and couldn't be happier.

Elevano was a great experience! I had the pleasure of working with Arash who made the whole process so seamless. He is a very personable person who is up front and really does want what’s best for you. The team there really cares and will fight for you. Would definitely recommend working with Elevano.

Arash was an absolute pleasure to work with. Responsive, personable, and professional yet down-to-earth. I’ve worked with many recruiters in the past, but Arash stands out.

Elevano outperformed with an incredible pipeline of talent to help us build not only our eng team, but also other key members of our team. They came through with high quality candidate that also fit out culture and stage of company. They took the time to learn who we are and what we needed. I would absolutely work with Elevano again.
