I'm here to give feedback on the wig acquired at Elevate Styles. My product arrived in Brazil on 07/13/2020 and today it was delivered to my residence. Although the product arrived, I think that the company provides a precarious service for tracking the shipment. Every time I questioned that the status of the shipment had been updated many days ago, I received the reply that would be delivered and that I should wait. Always the same excuse. Thank God everything went well and my wig arrived in perfect condition. Thank you to the site for publishing my complaint and final consideration about the service at Elevate Styles. Bom dia! Realizei uma compra neste site no dia 07/06/2020 e até o momento o produto não chegou! Comprei porque vi muitas pessoas falando que o site era bom e confiável. Ele me enviaram um link de rastreamento, mas depois do dia 13/06/2020 eles permaneceram sem atualizar nada. A última atualização dizia que tinham enviado o produto para o aeroporto de New Jersey. Envio e-mail e eles se limitam a dizer que o produto está em transito. Para mim, o atendimento é péssimo! Enfim, dia 06/07/2020 teve outra atualização dizendo que tinham enviado para São Paulo. Mas, até o momento nada desse produto chegar. Já pedi para cancelarem a compra e eles se limitem a desculpas sem fundamento e pedem que eu espere. estou decepcionada! Pelo jeito, terei que solicitar ao PayPal que cancele o pagamento, já que eu não recebi o produto! Já entrei em contato com os correios e o produto ainda não chegou ao Brasil. Good Morning!
