Okay so I'm going to ignore the fact that it my took almost 3 weeks to get to Canada , and sat in New York for 5 days & no one could really give me a reason why , because once I came down from my annoyed wrath, I realised that it really wasn't entirely the companies fault. Anyways they shipped the right unit and in the right colour ( which I was worried about because I've read that they are famous for shipping you the exact opposite thing you asked for) , I ordered my hair on a Sunday and they managed to get it processed and shipped out that following Monday, so HUGE bonus points for that to. Might I add that they are really good at keeping stock, I was looking for a specific wig in a very specific colour and they were the only company that I could find my wig in. The sites I usually order from have been out of stock on my hair for weeks now so I would definitely use these guys again
