Ordered a streamdeck, it's useful for shortcuts and streaming controls but software is glitchy. Some commands take longer to register

Ich warte nun seit fast 30 Tagen auf meine Bestellung! Ein paar Sachen meiner Bestellung kamen an! Nicht alles sind angekommen! Auch wenn deren System es zu erst so angezeigt hat… Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen stellte sich heraus, dass ein Teil von UPS zurückgeschickt wurde, weil sie so viel Lieferaufkommen haben… Gut kann Elgato nichts für, aber das die Ware neu versendet werden muss steht ja schon seit mindestens 21 Tagen fest und es ist immer noch nichts passiert!!! Ich war jetzt sehr geduldig, aber langsam reicht es auch mal! Was kann denn daran so lange dauern ein reshipment zu organisieren? Ich warte jetzt schon 30 Tage auf die Ware und der Support rührt kein Finger! Probleme haben sich erledigt nach ca. 1,5 Monaten. Deswegen nur 3 Sterne

I have mixed feelings about this company. They flirt with greatness but ultimately disappoint. Their marketing is stellar, the products are (mostly) sexy as hell, and when they work, they are remarkable things of beauty. The main trouble is with their software which, far from being sexy, feels poorly thought-through and ramshackle. It’s finicky as hell. It may work fine for a spell but upgrade your router or make some other change and brace yourself— a cascade of troubles ensues. Which is totally unacceptable because this stuff ain’t exactly cheap. I don’t mind paying for quality but after spending thousands in gear with this company, I’m hanging up my Elgato jersey. Creators rely on their tools working, well, yes—RELIABLY! And that just isn’t Elgato. The Key Lights MK2 are problematic. The prompter is problematic, and the stream deck can be a little princess at times. All are potentially amazing products but are betrayed by the crappy software interface and the software managing things behind the scenes. What a shame! To be so good at understanding what creators need and lust after, only to disappoint them on the back end. Oh well. It’s the new M.O. for corporate America in 2025 and for the likes of enterprises like Corsair. These products don’t ultimately suck because when they work they work great, but when they suck, boy-oh-boy do they suck, HARD.

The products the company provides are often defective. I bought a set of mini light (battery powered), and studio lights (cable powered). The whole outlay >1k$. After a year the battery of the key light had expanded and stopped working. The service department was less than no use. They just drain your time, string you along and after weeks then refuse to replace the item (as I had to dispose of it a safety concern). The other items have been temperamental from a hardware perspective and unstable from a support ware support perspective. Avoid this company! ADDENDUM- After escalation they did send a replacement light. A bit time consuming- but does at least appear they’re making an effort with customer service

En cuanto a los productos de Elgato decir que estoy encantado. Tengo el Wave 3, stream deck +, stream deck, telemprompter, facecam pro y dos brazos. Tanto la calidad como la usabilidad de 10, no obstante, esta reseña queda empañada por la compañía que utilizan para el envío. UPS, con una puntuación de 1,1 en Trustpilot. Dicen que han intentado la entrega y es mentira. Me ha ocurrido en absolutamente todas las ocasiones, 4 para ser exactos. El día que cambien de proveedor, cambiaré la reseña a 5 estrellas

Ich habe mehrere Produkte von Elgato und bin sehr zufrieden mit diesen. Bei dem BlackFriday Deal habe ich bei Elgato bestellt und schon auf meine Bestellung gefreut. Einen Tag, nachdem die Aktion entfernt wurde, wurde meine Bestellung storniert, was laut Elgato mehrere Faktoren haben kann. Mir wurde geraten, die Bestellung erneut aufzugeben. Natürlich zum normalen Preis. Vom Support habe ich bisher keine Rückmeldung erhalten.

I bought a HD60S capture for my nintendo switch, When the card is working its really great, very low latency, good quality stream, but it's always difficult to get it working after shutting it down for many days. You have to unplug and plug everything again in order to make it work.
