The tow hooks were a perfect fit for my 2018 Ram 1500 Laramie. They even came with an alternate mounting bracket which mine required.

I recently ordered a set of crossbars…
I recently ordered a set of crossbars for my Hyundai Santa Fe. They arrived in a timely manner and were easy enough to install. Once I installed them, however, I found that as soon as I drove more than 35mph, they made such a noise that I had to pull over and take them off. When I reached out to Elitewill about how to return them, I got no response and was unable to reach anyone using the 800 number. I do not recommend buying from this site.

Hello, dear friend, I’m very sorry, because our previous employees have resigned, so the customer service related matters have been delayed, now I will serve you. I have contacted you and recommended how to install by email, please check.

You confirmed the cross bars for my car…and they are wrong.
I ordered the cross bars for my car based off of your confirming that these specific cross bars will fit my 2021 Hyundai Tucson. They do.not fit as they are for older versions of my car. You have sold me a unit which is wrong and does not fit my car.
Reply from ELITEWILL INC.Jul 12, 2021
Dear Chelsy, We are sorry to bring you an unpleasant shopping experience. The title of the product you bought says that it is suitable for 2019-2021 Hyundai Venue, and your model is 2021 Hyundai Tucson. You may not pay attention to the range of models it is suitable for when you buy it. So it cannot be installed. We are very sorry for this situation, and we will fully bear the cost of your return, and will give you a full refund immediately after receiving the return. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Sincerely
