The door quit working, won’t open or close , performed all the fixes the company said to do and not working, no phone number to call for help and looks like lots of fees on consumer for return even though with in 90 day trial period, super bummed as i liked this product till it quit working soon after using. Update: after much back and forth emails with the company, and me sending them multiple videos of what the machine is doing, they then offered to give me a partial return of my money and keep the machine as return fees are expensive they said, so i had to threaten with getting my credit card involved, better business bureau etc as i am still in the free 90 day trial. Didn’t hear back for several days and i kept emailing for them to respond, today they said they will refund and i can keep the defective product… at least i will be reimbursed…. Ugh

Extremely bad product and very dangerous. Ordered in November, had issue with mobile app for months. It oftens get stuck and won't clean itself. You end up cleaning it manually and fixing it all the time that you actually spend more time dealing with this than normal litter box. Non stick bottom comes off making waste sticking to the bottom and it won't clean itself. Also there is no nonstick foil on the sides so each time your cat pee on the side not middle you need to clean it manually. Now it has developed a fault that it starts to clean with open door and pushes the door into the box, I was trying to stop the cleaning arm but it uses so much force that it would crash the cat inside. Very dangerous. Avoid. Also trial for 90 days is a massive scam you need to pay for shipping if you want to return. They also paying people 100 USD to post good reviews about them. I received 10 emails asking me to post good review and they will PayPal me 50 to 100 USD.

This is the absolute worst and I haven't even received the box. I ordered this on the 10th the website said 5-7 days shipping. I still haven't received it on the 28th. It took them days to answer my email saying it was because of the holiday. Um presidents day? On the 19? What? I emailed again and they said "due to the high volume of orders". Simple communication at the time of ordering would have made a huge difference. I ask them to cancel my order and they blew me off. Stay far away from this company.

So far so good! Had the pod for 2 weeks and had done a great job so far.

I have 5 inside cats with 3 regular litter boxes that I scooped 2 times a day. I finally decided to take the plunge and elspet is who I decided to try. It is a game changer for me!!! I dearly love my automatic litter box. I now have 2 of them. Thank you elspet!

I did some research on self-cleaning cat boxes. It was $$$ I looked at other models and reviews, and they were pricey. I love mine and I even got one for my mom who has outside cats, they come into the house in the winter. For elderly people, it makes it easier to use and better for health reasons. As we know older people and pregnant people shouldn't be messing with litter boxes. I love how easy it is to clean. I wish the steps were longer as my cat, still gets the litter on the mat. not a setback, I will never go back to the old way.

Absolutely love this! It does everything it says it claims, our cat loves it and we absolutely cannot smell anything. Husband says that he wishes we had gotten it sooner. Easy to use and more attractive than other litter boxes.

I have loved the Elspet litter box. I have 3 cats and has made it so much easier to clean up after them. The only difficulty I have had was when I over filled the litter causing the rake to not be able to function properly. Has made the litter smell disappear. Would order again.
