Very Disappointed Customer

I was initially excited to work with this company, but my experience has been incredibly disappointing. After they took my money, they failed to ship my product as expected. I was told it would take 5-8 business days, which seemed odd since my last two orders were shipped the day after payment cleared. Still, I gave them the benefit of the doubt. However, once the 5-8 business days passed, I reached out and was told they were experiencing high demand. While I understand that, it doesn't explain why they took my money without having the product in stock. Now, it’s been over two Mondays and I’ve missed doses of my medicine, which is impacting my results. On top of that, I was promised a $25 discount for my first two orders, but only the first order was discounted. This is extremely frustrating. I was excited to be on this journey, but now it feels like it’s over prematurely because of this company's poor service. To make matters worse, they said it could take up to 10 business days to process my refund, yet it took mere seconds for them to take the money from my account. Just incredibly disappointed. SMH.

Hello. You are correct, the first order is usually within 5 - 8 business days. There were some recent changes in the industry that pushed a large number of patients nationwide to a smaller number of pharmacies, and this has caused a bit of a log jam. I'm sorry for this as we've based our business around our customer support and care, and so it is frustrating to us as well that any patient doesn't receive the care they expect. As for the discount, those are spaced over 2 months. So it is $50 ($25 each of the first two months). I don't have details of your account so I can't help directly, but I'm hoping a member of our staff has reached out and tried to help.
