The service was professional and just what we had hoped and expected. MLS listing was the source of the Buyer's interest and we and the Buyer's agent took it from there. The minimal Seller's fee was well more than worth it. Thank you.

We successfully sold our condominium in a few months with entryonly.com. It was a lot of work, time, and we had many "open houses" to make it happen. Once you get used to the dashboard, the mass of details and ask all the right questions, the process gets a bit easier. One definitely learns to appreciate all of the work that goes into selling a home when you take on what a realtor does along with what the seller has to do to have the property ready, decluttered and perfect for a period of time. Jason was very responsive to our emails with questions. The exchange is cut and dry facts. The relationship is not as friendly as one might like but you get the accurate information you need. This process allowed us to save a significant amount of money. We would recommend entryonly.com to anyone who isn't afraid of doing plenty of work in exchange for saving plenty of $$$!!!

I was very happy with this service & Jason was extremely responsive, calling me back always within 24 hours to answer my questions. My only negative comment is that when I extended my contract past the original 6 months, I felt that there should have been a price break, or a pro rated or partial refund since I have closed 3 months before my contract expires in October.

Response time to most questions was pretty quick. I think having our house on the MLS was helpful. My one negative remark would be that they claim to offer a service for finding a top local realtor. When I inquired about getting the names of good local realtors I didn't receive a response at all. It is unclear at what point they are willing to do this in the process, but it would have been nice to receive a response. I would suggest making sure you gather this detail before signing up.

Hi Lori, Thanks for the honest review. and congrats on selling your property through EntryOnly.com! I don't believe I saw your request for a local agent referral. I can still do that for you if you need a referral in the future. Just let me know.
