My name is Adam, and I’m the new CEO here at Envelopes.com. I wanted to take a moment to share why I’m posting this note on Trustpilot. I know you have countless options when it comes to where you shop, and the fact that you’ve chosen to trust us really means a lot. We don’t take that lightly. Behind every order is someone’s brand, business, or project — something personal and important — and we want to be a partner in helping it look its best. Customer satisfaction isn’t a campaign for us; it’s the point of what we do. My job is to make sure that trust is earned every single time. If you’ve had a great experience with us, I’d be grateful if you shared it here. And if there’s ever something we can do better, please let us know. You can always reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to make it right. We read every review and use it to do our best for you. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to be part of what you’re creating. I hope we get to do it again soon. — Adam AdelmanCEO, Envelopes.comUPDATED October 1, 2025

I've ordered envelopes from Envelopes.com for years - different sizes, colors and I use the envelopes for greeting cards and other products I sell on my website. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Envelopes.com helps my company stand out. I can provide customers with unique, high-quality packaging that shows I care about my clients. It's affordable but looks expensive. The options offered are better than anywhere else I've looked. I highly recommend Envelopes.com!

We had a great experience with Envelopes.com due to their consideration when packing the envelopes carefully with bubble wrap to protect the corners and to the timeliness of receiving the orders. Thanks for caring!

They promised that if I ordered by Friday I would have my order by Monday or Tuesday. Now I get a tracking number with the order arriving next Saturday. Completely unacceptable. I even talked to them 2x before placing my order. When I call they wouldn't help and told me I can return for a refund but I have to pay for shipping. Ridiculous! Order 2 months ahead, or better yet, try somewhere else.

Envelopes.com has a great variety of envelopes, paper, and card stock in many sizes and colors. We have been ordering from them for many years and my only complaint is the lack of consistency in time from order to delivery. Sometimes two days, most recently 10 days...
