Great replacement parts and easy instructions
I needed replacement fob keys for my UiGGOO K2MAX and ordered them from EOEOTWO. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but the parts arrived in good condition and were exactly what I needed. The included instructions were clear and easy to follow, so I swapped them in myself without any trouble. Everything works perfectly now. I’d recommend EOEOTWO to anyone needing K2MAX replacement parts. If you’d rather leave the shipping delay out, or want a shorter version for a star-rating box, I can trim it.

Fast, friendly and quality company!
I had my E01 E-bike for about 6 mos. now and this thing is a beast! Every bit the bike they advertise. Recently though we had a very rainy few weeks and this ended up causing a short in the battery. I contacted their customer service and had a great experience. They were able to guide me through troubleshooting the issue very patiently, helped figure out the problem and were able to quickly send a replacement! Zoey is a rockstar and I appreciate her timely and professional service with finding the solution to keep my bike running smoothly! I fully recommend this company and their products. The bang for your buck is a no brainer.

As a major e-bike enthusiast who has been riding them since 2013, I have to say this was the fastest shipping I’ve ever experienced. I was incredibly excited to put it together, and the assembly was a breeze—it took me only 20 minutes. The bike itself is exceptionally well-built and heavy-duty. Best of all, the customer support team was amazing. They answered all of my questions promptly and even sent over a video to help me perfect the LED screen settings. I would absolutely buy another one!
