EOEOTWO e-bike and customer service Rock!!!
I’ve really enjoyed my EOEOTWO e-bike. It has massive amount of power, rides smoothly, and it takes bike riding to a whole new level. The battery range has been way better than advertise for my normal rides, and the pedal assist gives you help when you want it without taking away the feeling of actually riding a bike. The quality is spot on. It not a cheap know off. It’s the real deal. I had an issue with an Allen wrench broken off in the goose neck. Contacted EOEO and with in 24 hours has a new bolt on the way. For that I thank Charles for his relentless commitment and service. This is my 2nd ebike and hands down 1000% love it.
