I’ve tried to get my account verified for a couple of days now! It’s hasn’t gone through and it’s very frustrating! It should have been done by now so I can redeem my winnings

UPDATE (August 26, 2026): Still zero direct resolution from customer support, but an official watchdog case has been opened with SweepsGuard (Case #318). The investigator has been handed the complete paper trail, including my W-9 tax submissions and support agent Henry's email explicitly confirming my $7,500 payout was approved and processing a full month before the account lock. EpicSweep has been issued a firm deadline of Friday, August 29 to explain why they accepted my tax documents and then permanently disabled my single funded account (rt2023111gmail.com). I am fully cooperating with the investigation and expect human management to manually override this broken automated bot error and release my legitimate funds.

My husband cashed out his winnings of 100 dollars on July 10th and it is now July 14th and the redemption is still pending. On July 11th he got an email saying redemption time is slower and that they wont even be able to start processing til monday or tuesday. it is now 4pm on tuesday and still nothing. Maybe I will update my review IF and WHEN he gets his money but until then, I do not recommend playing on this casino.

UPDATE: Received the redemption following Monday, one thing tho, beware of processing fees, so i ended up getting 830something instead of 850. besides that, no complaints...hope ut stays like this.

I won $450 on epic sweep, they cancelled my sweep account saying I have Multiple accounts. Even if I accidentally hit sign up instead of log in and started a separate account but never verified or filled out any information, or did a single spin or play, you still shouldn’t take the money. I’ve had two sites that I’ve done that on and they just cancelled the old account I never Played on and gave me the money. Crazy they are doing same thing to my wife. Unbelievable They did the same thing to my wife for $150. This needs to get out to potential new players. I will update this, if they fix issue

Extremely disappointed in this site. After several deposits, not one time did I come remotely close to redeeming. Fraud 💯.
