I recently opened up an account through them and deposited around $150 and got up to $3,000. I went to redeem the winnings and did a verification process, which is normal, but when I did it, they declined my verification with no explanation. I have never had any issues like that with other online social casinos. So to me it seems like due to my massive winnings, they "couldn't verify" my account,t so I couldn't redeem. Suspiciou,s and I will be closing my account.

Just to clarify what happened: your ID check was automatically declined by our verification system, and that triggers a manual compliance review on our side. You already contacted support and we confirmed by email that a manual KYC review is in progress and can take up to 72 hours, and you’ll receive an email as soon as the review is completed.  A couple important notes: • A declined automated check doesn’t mean your winnings are being withheld for “winning too much” — it means the system couldn’t validate something instantly and a human review is required. • We know waiting isn’t ideal, but this step is there to keep withdrawals secure and compliant for everyone.

I signed up and paid for the $20 for $40 sign up bonus played for a couple hours got up to $100 down to $60 and do a bonus buy and won $4600 off $20. At first I thought it had to be a scam because the age verification wasn’t working but the customer service was out of this world compared to other sites and got it fixed and I am able to deposit my winnings. I highly recommend this site over the rest because of not only my winnings the customer service the only things is you can only transfer $2500 a day so I had to do the redemption between two days but besides that this is the best social casino I have ever played.
