We were cruising and we found wifi on the ship using the eSIM was different than on the shore. But once we learned the trade, we found it wonderful. Thanks.

I bought an eSIM for the BVI. While in the BVI, on main island of Tortola, I received notifications I was roaming in Puerto Rico and another day that I was roaming in the USA and then my eSIM was disabled. I contacted customer support and they basically accused me of lying using it in Puerto Rico (I wasn’t even in that country). They wouldn’t refund my money. Do not use this company for the BVI.
