For the first time your esim was not working well for us. We bought 2 of them. Teribble conection in the city of Milano. And I hvae recharged my account in euro and it was not visible. Shame on you all.

I recently had a problem installing a esim card while traveling abroad, I contacted costumer support and Alice Charlotte was able ti solve my problem, she was very patient and very knowledgeable, she solved the problem and refunded me right away.

Very responsive and immediately some one was Avila le to address my question. I always use eSIMs during my travel to Europe and never had issues. It’s the best international deal. So happy with the experience and highly recommended.
