Update: a cust service contacted me about the issue and she helped me with refunding the balance to my bank card. Thanks for the great after sales service. My esim order got revoked and instead of refunding the money to my card, it was refunded to the app wallet... I cannot use the balance.

It was good part of kind of laggy And sometimes I didn't receive notifications , but for the' good Work pretty well.
