I bought an eSIM 2 weeks before my trip, valid for 30 days, and contacted Support to confirm that the start date would be when I activated it. However, 2 weeks into my trip and with plenty of data left, the service stopped. I contacted Support again and they told me that the activation date was from the date of purchase. This was contradictory to the information I was given before, and makes no sense, as everyone buys the eSIM before the trip. No other eSIM company has such an insane policy.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry for the confusion caused. Our team should have clarified that activation begins from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. We’re reviewing this internally to improve communication and avoid future misunderstandings. Please reach out again—we’d like to make this right.
