The products are legit for the manufacture specifications such as VIQUA. I couldn’t give a full 5 stars because the UV lamp kit I purchased for a replacement containing a UV VIQUA bulb was not packaged inside of a separate box like I was used to getting from pentair, pelican and even off Amazon. This is an extremely fragile long bulb and when it arrived I heard tiny metal balls rattling inside loose of the lamp. For a lamp almost 200$, I would expect safer packaging than just the original manufacturer product box as done by other sellers. The website was a bit wonky with Shop administering check in and Shop tries to get you to purchase by storing your info so you have to wrestle with the site to use PayPal. Overall I’m satisfied. But they need to fix the shipping of this expensive bulb in second box and look at site mechanics. This forced me to burn about an hour just on the purchase when I couldn’t pull up the parts I needed with Shops wonky sign in mechanics. If I tried to sign in without Shop the menu tabs would not work!

Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback! We appreciate your business and are glad to hear you're satisfied with the quality of our products. We wanted to clarify a couple of things regarding the UV lamp and its packaging. The small rattling sound you noticed is normal for this type of UV lamp and is related to the mercury contained inside. It does not necessarily indicate that the lamp is damaged or defective. Regarding the packaging, our UV lamps are shipped in their original manufacturer packaging, and we also include our own protective inserts to provide additional protection during transit. We understand your concerns, especially when ordering a fragile and expensive item, and we'll certainly take your feedback into consideration as we continue looking for ways to improve our packaging. We also apologize for the difficulties you experienced with our website and checkout process. We understand how frustrating that can be, especially when you're simply trying to place an order. We'll share your feedback with our internal team so we can review the shopping experience and identify areas that may need improvement. We truly appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention. Customer feedback like yours helps us improve, and we hope to provide you with an even better experience in the future.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you’ve had with your orders. We completely understand your frustration, especially after receiving an incorrect lamp with your first order and then encountering another issue with the second order. With the second order, the packaging showed the correct lamp that was ordered, but unfortunately, the lamp inside did not match what was indicated on the packaging. We’re very sorry this was not caught before the order reached you. We understand that regardless of the circumstances, you placed an order for a specific lamp and expected to receive the correct item. Having this happen twice is understandably frustrating, and we apologize for the inconvenience. Our team is reviewing what happened and will make sure we work with you to get this resolved. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and giving us the opportunity to address it. ESP Water Products
