I am very pleased with both the ESP water product and the outstanding customer service I received. When a ballast issue occurred, it was addressed promptly and a replacement was shipped in a timely manner. Special applause to Janice, who assisted me every step of the way. Works great and and glad it part of my…
Works great and and glad it part of my new water filter system.. previously had a SunPure 2stage system for over 30 years . The new uv systems as good or better . Greater service and fast delivery

Tim and the other employees go out of…
Tim and the other employees go out of their way to assist you in problem solving. Additionally, the service is exceptional and the pricing more than competitive. I have been a customer for the last few years, and would not use any other business for my filter needs.

Outstanding customer service
Outstanding customer service. I ordered the wrong parts. I contacted the company, they had me text pictures of my current parts, told me what to order, and then after I received the corrected order, they walked me through install.
