Prior to their recent overhaul of their Website, Exavault was great, but with their Website change, the experience has been degraded. Our users have to constantly reload their browser and login multiple times to get to the services or info they need.

We’re very happy with the service Exavault provides, so much so that we can forget about it in our stack. We never need to think about verifying that it is still working and never need to contact their support, which is testament to how good the platform is; it just works!

I have never had any problems accessing my files. I utilize the links to allow for my customers to upload files to me knowing that I will be notified when the files are uploaded. I would highly recommend ExaVault to anyone that is needing a FTP service.

We have used ExaVault for many years and speaking not only on behalf of eTEK International, but all of our active customers as well - including some very large-scale government organizations, as well as numerous small contractors across the U.S. - we have always received nothing but the very best professional and timely support from the ExaVault team. We recommend them without reservation!

As the head of IT for my company I have dealt with many cloud service providers and ExaVault is up there with the very best. Over the 8 years of my direct experience, their service has been reliable and continually evolving/improving. They go about their business with quiet efficiency and provide good communications about enhancements and service schedules. Support communications are fast, efficient and attentive and I have always felt that I am dealing with real humans, not corporate robots.
