I am not the regular user of Exavault in our company but got a crash course in it yesterday when we had a small emergency. Having no previous knowledge of Exavault Dylan and Amy were quick to respond, several times, to resolve our problem. They explained everything clearly and followed up to ensure we were satisfied. There are several factors that make working with an external FTP provider a pleasure. A few of those factors include: 1) Easy to use UI; 2) Support; 3) Extensive feature set and scalability. Let me add that after 20+ years of writing software for numerous companies, it's hard for me to think of another FTP provider that allowed me to setup a FTP site and implement their features in an enterprise environment so quickly. Well done!

Sharing files has never been this easy with Exavault! We are able to send and receive files of any size within the organization and with our clients as well. I personally love the fact that we are able to customize the "look" of Exavault with our own company logo and name. Support at Exavault is also excellent! ExaVault makes my life as a photographer super easy. I use it to send photos to my clients and the process is very smooth. I really like ExaVault's interface, it gives me enough options to help me easily organize tens of thousands of files, but is simple enough to "get out of the way" when I'm working. When I've contacted ExaVault's support team, they have always been very knowledgeable and friendly (and patient!) with my questions.

ExaVault has a support team that really knows what they are doing! We had some problems with setup, but Dylan & co. were quick to answer our emails and walk us through everything. We love the site, and esp that we can connect with Filezilla. We are SO happy that we switched to Exavault!!
