Julie was amazing from the beginning. Her professionalism and patience with the multitude of questions from our family was excellent. Her quick responses and suggestions for the fun things to do and restaurants while in Zermatt were appreciated and booked. We look so forward to the experience in Zermatt and look forward to working with Exceptional Villas in the future!

While I can't yet speak for the villa and your people on the ground in Zermatt since we have yet to arrive, I can tell you I would give Julie Kirby 6 stars if you offered them. She is the best; very organized, solid attention to detail with a real desire to meet your customer's needs. I should make her an offer to head up our logistics operations here in California.
