My experience with the representatives of Exceptional Villas was positive in every regard. Yvonne and Julie were professional, courteous and promptly dealt with all of our enquiries. From booking throughout our stay, everything ran smoothly. The villa was truly exceptional and exceeded our expectations. Our house keeper, Rosie, was a wonderful host and kept the residence in top form and was able to address any issues quickly. I would not hesitate to use Exceptional Villas for our next holiday!

My girlfriend and I were scheduled to go to Turks & Caicos for a romantic week away TOGETHER! Her Aunt suddenly passed away so my girlfriend couldn't make the trip and this company did absolutely nothing to help us with this issue. I can't believe people are so caught up in money and could care less about what really matters like being with family in times of crisis. If I could have I would have given them no stars. This is my second time in a year using Exceptional Villas and I can assure you after this experience I will NEVER use them again. I would absolutely not recommend booking anything with these people because clearly all they care about is money.

Dear Paul, I sincerely apologize for this issue you have experienced. Since you have cancelled one day before your arrival the money is non-refundable and is with the owner at this stage. As promised we are working very hard to try and see if we can get any funds back to you or if we can reschedule your stay for another time in the future. We are waiting to hear back from the owner on this since we just got in touch with him 1 hour ago when you cancelled. It is very unfortunate what has happened and again sincerest condolences to you and your girlfriend. Given the circumstances we are trying our utter best however since your arrival is tomorrow, our hands are tied and we are unable to offer a refund since the signed terms and conditions state that there is no refund offered within this time frame. We are still working on this for you and will try our best for you.. Warm regards, Linda Browne Sales and Marketing Executive at Exceptional Villas

Exceptional Villas has been a complete pleasure to work with to book my vacation. Their responses are prompt and courteous and I am never made to feel like my requests are bothersome. They have arranged every detail for me and I am confident there will be no issues for my trip and that they will be there for me should I have any questions or needs while I am traveling. So much better than trying to plan this myself. Special thanks to Noreen and her thoroughness!
