I recceived a super professional attention since the beggining. Feel really confortable with the the idea that was working with a team, that have experience on give an extra mile service to clients. I am a professional dealing with UHNW on a daily basis and recognize that "concierge attitude and approach to clients" and like the effort and commitment with those values.

Emma at Exceptional Villas was extremely helpful in providing information about different properties for us. She keyed in on our needs, stayed within budget and gave us first hand information about all the properties and areas. Her answers were detailed, honest and on point. She was prompt in her responses and went out of her way to provide us with numerous options that were a fit for our family. I wouldn't hesitate to book with exceptional villas at any time and look forward to working with them in the future. In todays world of online information, it is refreshing to have someone looking out for you when planning a trip.

We had a wonderful time at the Hamilton Beach Resort in Nevis. The entire team provided us with outstanding customer service ! I wanted to thank you both for the outstanding service you provided us with. The staff was extremely hospitable and accommodating. Unforseen situations occur (as happened with our condo), but the true measure of customer service is how the management handles it. I am happy to report that they handled it brilliantly and did everything they could to find the best solution. I have been fortunate enough to stay at many 5 star resorts (Four seasons, etc) and I can say without hesitation that the service you and your team provided topped all of our expectations. Keep up the good work !

We have used the services of Exceptional Villas twice. Both times the services has been excellent. They have a large number of exceptional properties available. They know the properties and are able to guide you to a perfect choice. Once we selected a property they also provided great services in organizing car rental, airport transportation services and stocking initial groceries. Also they were responsive to our needs and concerns. I have recommended them to others and will use them again.

Had a great experience with Yvonne and Julie at Exceptional Villas. Rented a villa sight unseen in Barbados. It was everything they said it was going to be, no unpleasant surprises that can happen with online rentals. The ladies were super professional, got back to me quickly, took care of transfers, reservations, tennis lessons ect... I would highly recommend.
