Little bit of heaven with a wonderful staff.
Spent a week in this beautiful home a week before Christmas, 2016. Could not have been more pleased with everything about it, but especially the staff who were unusually pleasant, efficient and accommodating to our group of six. Would also like to compliment the Staff of Exceptional Villas, who handled all booking and pre-arrival arrangements efficiently and personably.

Emma and Noreen were amazing to work with! They found us the most exceptional villa in Jamaica and made the whole process very personal and easy. It isn't easy planning a trip for 13 girls but they listened to all our preferences and made sure everyone was happy! I am already looking into booking another villa :)

Superb Concierge!
We have had such a brilliant experience with Exceptional Villas. We are so excited for our vacation now as all is arranged and organised to perfection for us by our superb concierge Noreen. She has been such a pleasure to deal with and so efficient and so professional. Nothing was a problem for her and she handled all our requests so brilliantly. I will definitely recommend this company to our friends that travel throughout the Caribbean every year and we will certainly book with this great team again.

If you're a US citizen, use a US agent, not an Irish one.
They are nice people and their response times were reasonable. But the payment experience was completely unacceptable. You have to wire funds to them and they make it sound easy and like everybody does it. But wiring between the US and Europe is not routine. My funds went "missing" for nearly two weeks and nobody knew what was going on, and I was in jeopardy of losing my reservation. After a LOT of legwork and dealing with banks on my end, it turns out that those funds have to go through a London intermediary bank and then to their Irish bank, all on bankers' hours and timeline. All along, I could have just booked my villa through a US agent and payment would have been much simpler and direct.

Dear Peter, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. I am sincerely sorry that you encountered these issues when sending us a bank wire. It really is most unusual as we receive bank wires from the US daily for other guests without any issue. It was very unfortunately that we had an issue with the wire for your reservation. Unfortunately it was out of our control. I know it was very time consuming for you and very frustrating and for that we really do apologize. We do take credit cards too. Nevertheless, I am delighted that you have booked a villa through us and I do hope you have found our concierge service useful. We wish you a very enjoyable vacation this Christmas to Turks and Caicos and if there is anything we can further assist with we would be delighted to. Warmest regards, Aine, Noreen and all the team at Exceptional Villas
