They are a great Company with fast shipping . Product well worth what I spent on it .. I have the 11 inch Wodent wheel and my hamster loves it he runs on it all night .. it’s quiet so I can sleep even with him running .. By far the best product I bought .. love it

If you value the life of your chinchilla, do not buy from this place. They have so many items that are dangerous for chinchillas. Food that is very unhealthy, toys that can cause blockages and then death, and etc. I won't get into everything that is bad on their site because I'd be talking about most of their chinchilla supplies. What's even worse is they don't care. If you say something on their FB page, they will block you instead of taking the item off their website. They only care about lining their pockets, not the health of your chinchilla. Please shop elsewhere and keep your chinchilla safe.

We regret to see this review Joan. A few notes about our company....we have been manufacturing Chinchilla food and supplies for over two decades, since 1998. Our food has been fed to ten of thousands of Chinchillas, who live long, happy lives. But don't take our word for it, we have thousands of five-star reviews across Google, Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, and Facebook to verify this. We are also trusted by over 200 universities, zoological parks, veterinarians, and research centers nationwide. A list of these institutions we supply to is available on our website. We are unsure what you are referring to when you mention our products being dangerous, nothing of the sort has been reported. We regret that you think we are only interesting 'lining our pockets'. When developing products, we work with everyone from Nutritional Experts to owners in the Chinchilla community to determine what is best for these animals. We have a $10,000 grant available to nonprofits at the moment. If you know of any Chinchilla Rescues who would like to apply for that, please send them our. We hope this clarifies some misconceptions about our company. But we respect your decision to explore other service providers, thank you.

I highly recommend Exotic Nutrition. I have been a customer for about 8 years. Delivery is always fast and quality never disappoints. I have a Sugar Glider who loves the nectar pods and many other treats. Recently I had a problem with an order and customer service fixed it right away.
