Dear Jaden, Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, and we apologize for any inconvenience you experienced. We understand that you placed your order on 5/17 and it was fulfilled on 5/19, falling within our standard 2-day processing time. The estimated delivery timeframe of 5/25 was presented to you at the time of purchase. But no guarantees as these dates are all estimated by the carrier. We want to assure you that we take customer satisfaction seriously, and we did receive your messages regarding the status of your package. Our team promptly responded to your inquiries, providing as much information as possible throughout the process. Please note that once a package is in the hands of the carrier, transit delays can occur, which are beyond our control. Given the upcoming Memorial Holiday, delays were more likely to happen. However, we are pleased to inform you that your package was successfully delivered on 5/30. We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. Should you have any further questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our customer support team. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to provide the best service possible. Thank you for your trust and support. Best regards,
