This was recommended by a friend and they did exactly what I needed them to do. Conversation was smooth and everything was explained to me clearly. Most importantly I got my tax done in time. Will definitely use their services again. Thank you

Very helpful and friendly, with speedy responses to questions from somebody with little tax experience. I would recommend this service to those who especially need a lot of help in filing their tax returns.

Been notified today (August 2025) that my 2023 taxes weren't filed. Don't make my mistake and go with another tax service. They're great at sending you invoices for next years taxes, not great at answering basic questions and taking ownership of your taxes.

We’re always disappointed to receive feedback like this, especially given the hundreds of clients who have trusted us and left overwhelmingly positive 5-star reviews. In this case, you submitted your questionnaire in October 2024, and we immediately filed an extension to December 15. Your 2023 return was completed and delivered on November 29, with notice that the IRS e-file system would close the following day. Because e-filing was no longer possible, we prepared a paper-filing package that included copies of your return and clear instructions to print, sign, and mail it to the IRS. We understand how frustrating this must have felt, but the process and next steps were clearly communicated.

We checked a few places for the right firm to use, and after another call elsewhere when we spoke with Jamie at Expat Tax Professionals we knew we should go with them - he filled us with confidence and his understanding and expertise from the outset was reassuring that we would be able to sort our situation out from prior years and get this years filing sorted. From engagement things were very straightforward working with Alyssa and team, and we were thoroughly delighted with the outcome. They were all friendly and professional throughout. Using their website was very straightforward and the communication over email was prompt and helped things move along quickly.
