Explorer Ventures Liveaboard Diving FleetReviews of explorerventures.com

The entire crew, Jean-Francois Chabot, Alicia Christman, Jo Swannell, Molly Wellbourn, and Ernie the Engineer were always friendly, courteous and blended in with the guests. Dives were well organized and on time, food was great and plentiful. If I had to choose one person that helped to make my our diving experiences wonderful I would give that credit to Jo, explaining and leading the dive as well as spending an equal amount of time with all the guests.

the attention the crew gave us was unbelievable!!! really worth it all the way

I had the best week of my life. Exquisite, chef prepared meals, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Truly a team of twelve crew members determined to serve each guest like a queen or a king. All hands on deck at the beginning and end of each dive--we were pampered. I was lucky if I was able to put on my own bootie. Ocean view windows in the bedroom, in the shower, and even from the toilet. Always spotless! My safety was the crew's priority. I felt super safe. The itinerary of dives was varied, each dive unique, grazing marine iguanas, sunfish, eagle rays, turtles, white tipped sharks, dolphins, sea lions, Galapagos sharks, moray eels. And millions of fish. I did not see one piece of trash in all 18 dives. I commend the crew for making this week the best week of my life. Natalia is an outstanding dive master with a passion for life.

Attentive service. The Captain met us on the dock and helped with the luggage. From beginning to end EVERY crew member was on the job. They provided guidance, information and were always there to help.

Nice and very comfortable boat, great team, excellent food and great dives !

More stars! Great diving great vessel exceptional crew! Safety first. A guess to what sea creatures would give the briefings. No beanie weenies on the boat. Chef Miguel was class A. Captain Jean, Vardo, Ernie, Alicia, Molly, Jo… well done and thank you

Spent 2 weeks on Caribbean Explorer II from St Maarten to Saba and St Kitts. The boat is older but really functional as a dive boat. Crew were excellent - Captain Bob very knowledgeable and found the best spots when wind/tide affected visibility at the planned sites, and the dive crew of Nick, Bri and Thor were fantastic. Nick had an incredible eye for finding the smallest nudibranchs, baby frog fish and other creatures for the photographers. Dive sites were excellent, with a great array of different marine life. Anchors was favorite, with barracuda school, squid, nurse sharks, octopus, uncountable fish variety and dolphin encounter (look for the Explorer Ventures videos!) The food was out of this world ! Chef Julian produced the best food I have ever eaten on a Liveaboard - example dinner: filet mignon (cooked perfectly medium rare), gratin dauphinois potatoes, vegetables, and with crème brûlée for desert. First week was so good I extended to a 2nd week.

Gabe and Maria were terrific as well as the whole crew!
