The experience with the technician was good. She was very pleasant and professional. I cannot wear the glasses though. I’m not sure why she prescribed a distance prescription as I see fine for distance. Only need reading prescrip. The progressive lenses are really bad for me and I won’t be using these. I feel dizzy when wearing them and I don’t want to get used to that. I just needed a reading prescription.

Two problems with the mobile app: 1) when you are scrolling thru glasses and click on one to look at; when you go back to the previous page you have to start again at the top. 2) When you virtually "try on" glasses, if you can't see without glasses, you see the new glasses on top of the glasses you have on. It would be nice if the app could erase the glasses you have on and only show the new glasses.
