It does appear your unique prescription will only fit certain frames and we had to change frames causing a delay. We are again so sorry for the inconvenience and frustration. I ordered work boots through Eyelation over 3-weeks ago and still haven't even received a shipping confirmation. I received the order confirmation immediately after purchase, but they do not seem to be able to ship them. I have contacted support and they have not been able to say anything more than that the warehouse has been busy. I could have ordered these boots off Amazon for $20 cheaper and gotten them in a week. I only used Eyelation because my company pays for the boots through eyelation. Company convenience is the only reason why eyelation is in business.
