The order online process was great, I had a emergency with my current glasses and Walmart would not fix them, but through a recommendation from a coworker he told me about Eyemart Express online ordering, I recieved my glasses a day earlier than I thought, I will be returning in Dec with another prescription.

The new glasses were so much better than the old. Great job.

Very user friendly . Quick process beginning to end. Not enough filters for narrowing results. I shop by size. A range for each measurement would be extremely helpful. Its frustrating scrolling through a looooong list of nice frames, but oh nooo , they’re too small! Again again and again.

Something is broken with your online process. The timeframe was nearly double than what I expected, I had to jump through hoops to have my prescription accepted, I had to ask for status twice and the receipt in the box came significantly more than what I agreed to online. The only saving grace - Tori - my online customer care person was very responsive when I reached out. Had I gone to a store - the price would have been communicated - the glasses made in an hour, and the status would have been clear.

Frames colors are not even close to the picture shown.

I tried to use the same insurance that I used the previous year and after a rather long search I was told that they needed a card. There is no card as this is an online service (OTC Network) and all activities are done via the net. I showed the associate the 2 glasses that I got at that store last year to no avail. I left forever.

The staff members at the Eyemart Express on Cerrillos Rd are all fantastic. They were thoughtful and helpful in changing the lenses I originally ordered to the ones I actually wanted. I appreciate how easy it was for me to change the order.
