Great prices, great discounts, picked my frames, lenses, and placed my order on a Friday. On Monday had tracking information. At a Price I could afford.

The minute I walked in I was greeted by Holly! She was awesome and helped me with getting my eyeglasses ordered. She was true customer service!

Kudos to Rick at the EyeMart Express, Landing locationin Tucson. Rick undoubtedly represenrts the essence and meaning of a 5 Star rating score, the highest possible. In all of my 65 years wearing glasses, I have never had the luxury of working with someone as much of an expert as Rick and he measurably represents the very BEST that one can eever experience wwhen buying, getting fitted, perfecting the frames to the most comfortable and then being friendly and professional for any furthwer support I might need because I may have stepped on them or lost them and he is efficient and non judgmental, a trait very rare in any service buusiness tyhese days. I have also watched him and believe that other clients get the best of Rick and I see he iss the only reason I keep coming back to EyeMart Express at the Landing in Tucson and have worked with Rick the past 6 or 7 pairs of glasses I' ve pourchasweedd rfro, EueMart Express. I spent about $360 on a pair of reading glasses at your store, only to find that they performed significantly worse than my old pair from last year. The field of vision was extremely narrow, and things became blurry whenever I tilted my head or even slightly shifted my eyes. When I returned to the store a few days after picking up the glasses and explained the problem, the staff member’s immediate response was to tell me that I needed to see an eye doctor. I was very surprised by this response, especially since I had just received the glasses a few days earlier and was reporting a problem with the glasses themselves. She also told me that she had already checked the glasses before handing them to me. I asked her to check them again and explained that the narrow field of vision and blurriness occurred with even very slight head or eye movements. After examining the glasses again, she discovered that there was in fact a manufacturing defect. I appreciate that the store ultimately agreed to make a new pair for me. However, I was very disappointed by the way my concern was initially handled. Being told to see an eye doctor before the glasses were properly examined, followed by the discovery of an actual manufacturing defect, was frustrating and made me feel that my concern was not taken seriously. I hope the new pair will be made correctly and that this type of situation does not happen again. I also hope that customers who report a problem with newly purchased glasses will have their concerns carefully investigated before being directed elsewhere. Your company is awesome. My last order had a mistake and after a couple emails someone from your company called me and went above and beyond to get my the right glasses before we left on vacation. Thank you. Will never go anywhere else for glasses.
