Man, this was so easy purchasing online for my second pair which was sunglasses, used local store pickup, Eddie cleaned my shades I tried them on,no adjustments needed, perfect fit out of the box, Plus 60% off!!! Fantastic! what else can I say, Thanks Eyemart Express!

The easiness of ordering finding frames I liked and the price was great. However I took them to Walmart optical to get them adjusted and had them check the prescription and measurements you got this segment height way off. Now I don't know what to do as your closest location is in another state 2 hours and 46 minutes away. How did this happen ???? you had the measurements from THE EXACT frames I purchased @the optomotrist who provided all measurements to you you also failed to provide the case that goes with the eyeglasses and the cleaning cloth I specifically made sure they were included in the purchase as when you go to the optometrist you are provided whatever brand eyeglasses you purchase the case that goes with the eyeglasses you failed to do so and you fail to reply to any communication you don't answer the phone of the toll free number you don't answer the emails of where you say to send them I feel defrauded and scammed.

I had to call the store to get my PD but other than that I was able to make the purchase easily online.
