People skills training needed at Hattiesburg MS location. Ordered glasses online and was sent an email stating they may not fit my face. I went to the store as suggested in the email and was meet by a very rude person at the counter. Stated she didn’t have any affiliation with the online ordering. I showed her where it stated in the email for me to seek assistance from my closest store. She got her supervisor which was very nice. She wasn’t able to help me either except she suggested I pick out a frame in store. I only wanted these as a backup for my everyday glasses. As the online deal was terrific. I would recommend the lady at the counter to go to some people skills training. I went on Dec 2nd at 9 am.

Customer service is the best again. Ordered new set of glasses for husband and they are already on their way.. Had to call customer services for help with the site and cyber Monday deals. Customer service was able to help me quickly as well as answered questions on the spot. Another order with Eyemart Express cannot give a higher or more positive review.

The next day advertisement is why I chose to go with this company. I have yet to receive shipment status and it has been over 3-5 business days… false advertising.

Yikes! We're sorry your glasses haven't arrived yet! We use USPS as our shipping partner, and sometimes there is a delay with tracking updates within their system. To get an update about your order status, call our customer care line today at 1-888-372-2763.

I found the glasses I wanted at another vision center. Came home, searched and found Eyemart Express with the same glasses at a very cheaper price so I decided to place my order. This was my 1st experience ordering glasses online and entering my prescription. Eyemart made the process so so easy. The very next day after ordering, I received email that my order had shipped. Super excited to receive them. I would definitely recommend!
